One Piece 83rd Volume Dominates Japan's Manga Sales Ranking

The Straw Hat Pirates's sales chart domination still continues. According to the newest Oricon sales report for the week ended November 20, the 83rd volume of Eiichiro Oda's internationally popular series One Piece took the first place for the third straight time selling 168,561 copies. The latest volume was released in Japan on November 4 in Japan, and has sold at least 2,287,521 copies.

Coming in the second this week was the 19th volume of Yu Sasuga (story) and Kenichi Tachibana (art)'s sci-fi action Terra Formars, which sold 14,516 less copies than One Piece. As of April 2016, the series had printed over 16 million copies in Japan.
